The unique partnership between CNRS and Hitachi High Technologies Corporation resulted in the creation of a joint laboratory and the installation at CEMES of the high-performance ultra-fast TEM microscope.On September 24, 2019, CEMES inaugurates the advanced HHT microscope on which is transferred the coherent electron source developed in the laboratory. This inauguration will celebrate the 80 years of the CNRS by highlighting the value of research.
