NanoDESK : an Interreg SUDOE project

NanoDESK is a three year Interreg SUDOE project that runs until May 2019. It aims at strengthening the European plastic sector by developing innovative web tools to promote the application of nanotechnology and safe use of nanomaterials.

The project is being conducted by a consortium of seven partners, including the Packaging, Transport and Logistics Research Center (ITENE, Valencia), the international Iberian nanotechnology laboratory (INL, Braga), the CEMES-CNRS (Toulouse), the ProtoQSAR company (Valencia), the Rovira i Virgili University (URV, Tarragona), the Valencian institute of safety and health (INVASSAT) and the University of Porto (FCUP).

The CEMES is responsible for checking and specifying the physico-chemical characteristics of the nanomaterials proposed for implementation.

CEMES participants :

  • Alain Claverie
  • Sébastien Joulié
  • David Neumeyer
  • Nicolas Ratel
  • Virginie Serin (CEMES representative)
