CEMES is located on the banks of the Canal du Midi, in the Rangueil district in the south-east of Toulouse.
It is a 4-minute walk from the Saouzelong metro station (line B) and the Saouzelong bus station (line 44).
CEMES is also easily accessible by bike via the Canal du Midi cycle path or via vélôToulouse stations no. 163, 164 or 165.
